Customized Non Medical Disposable Face Mask 3 Ply Woven

Disposable Face Mask

At present, masks are the "first line of defense" for personal health protection. It is very important to choose and wear masks that meet epidemic prevention standards correctly. Today, I would like to introduce three relevant national standards.

Technical specification for respirators for daily use

GB/T 32610-2016 Technical Specification for Daily Protective Masks was issued by the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and Standardization Administration of The People's Republic of China. It is the first national standard for protective masks for civil use in China and came into effect on November 1, 2016.

The standard covers raw material requirements, structure requirements, labeling requirements, appearance requirements, etc. The main indicators include functional indicators, particulate filtering efficiency, expiratory and inspiratory resistance, and tightness indicators. The standard requires that masks should be able to safely and firmly protect the mouth and nose, and there should be no sharp corners or edges that can be touched. It also provides detailed regulations on factors that may harm people's bodies, such as formaldehyde, dyes and microorganisms, to ensure the safety of the public when wearing protective masks.

Technical requirements for medical protective masks

GB 19083-2010 Technical Requirements for Medical Protective Masks was promulgated by the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China and implemented on August 1, 2011.

The standard stipulates the technical requirements, test methods, marks and instructions for use, as well as packaging, transportation and storage of medical protective masks, which are suitable for filtering particulate matter in the air and blocking droplets, blood, body fluids and secretions in medical work environment. 4.10 of the standard is recommended and the rest is mandatory.

GB 2626-2019 Respiratory protection Self-priming filter anti-particulate respirator

GB 2626-2006 Self-priming Filter Anti-particulate Respirator for Respirators (current version) was published by the former AqSIQ and Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China. It is a mandatory standard for the full text and was implemented on December 1, 2006.

The the protection object stipulated in the standard includes all kinds of particles, which including dust, smoke, fog, and microorganisms, also stipulates the standards for the production and technology of respiratory protective equipment, materials, structure, features of dust mask, performance, filtration efficiency (dust), respiratory resistance, detection methods, product identification, packing and so on have strict requirements.

The revised version of THE standard GB 2626-2019 "Respiratory Protection Self-priming Filter anti-particulate respirator" has been officially released on December 31, 2019, and is scheduled to be formally implemented on July 1, 2019. The new standard adds requirements on leakage detection methods of respirator materials and detachable parts of products.
